Early Help Offer
At Highfields Spencer Academy, we understand that each family’s needs are unique, and sometimes additional support can make a significant difference in a child’s well-being and success. Our Early Help Offer is designed to provide families with the guidance and resources they need, both within the school and through external agencies, to ensure that every child can thrive.
Our dedicated Pastoral Lead plays a central role in this process, working closely with families to identify any challenges they may be facing and to offer tailored support. This might involve direct assistance from the school, such as emotional or academic support for the child, or it may include connecting families with external services that can offer more specialised help, such as counselling, financial advice, or health services.
We believe that early intervention is key to preventing issues from escalating and ensuring that children and their families receive the right support at the right time. At Highfields, our approach is always compassionate and proactive, with a focus on building strong, trusting relationships with families. Our goal is to create a supportive and nurturing environment where all students can flourish, both academically and personally.
