School Uniform

At Highfields Spencer Academy, we encourage all children to take pride in their appearance and in being part of our school community. Our uniform is designed to be simple, practical and affordable for families.

School-branded uniform is optional. Families do not need to purchase items displaying the Highfields logo. Plain alternatives in the correct school colours are equally acceptable and can be purchased from any supermarket, high-street shop or other retailer.

Optional Highfields-branded uniform is available from our uniform suppliers for families who wish to purchase it.

Second-Hand Uniform

We want to make sure that the cost of uniform is never a barrier for our families.

Good-quality, pre-loved uniform is available through our Highfields Uniform Sustainability Project. Families are welcome to access this support, and we also welcome donations of clean uniform that children have outgrown.

Please contact the school office or Mrs Pender, our Engagement Mentor, if you would like to access pre-loved uniform or need support with the cost of school uniform.

Individual Needs and Adjustments

We recognise that some children may require adaptations to our uniform because of SEND, sensory or medical needs, disability, religion, culture or other individual circumstances.

Please speak to us if your child requires an adjustment. We will work with families to find an appropriate and reasonable solution.

A uniform issue should never be a reason for a child to miss school. If you are experiencing any difficulties providing the expected uniform, please contact us so that we can help.
